Bond University Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The prize draw is open to all registered participants of Bond University Staff that are attending the 2024 Bond University Staff Wellness and Benefits Expo in person, and that are aged 18 years or older.
2. Entry Period:
The entry period for the prize draw begins 21 February 2024 and ends 29 February 2024.
3. How to Enter:
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the online entry form provided by Tribel Advisory. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
The prize details will be a $250 Westfield Gift Card. The prize may be transferred for a $250 gift card of the winner’s choice.
Tribel Advisory reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The draw will take place 1 March 2024 at 12pm AEDT and will be conducted by Tribel Advisory or a designated representative.
6. Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form within 3 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 10 days of the notification, another winner will be selected.
7. Publicity:
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Data Privacy:
Tribel Advisory may use the contact details provided to contact the participant to discuss the financial advisory services available through Tribel Advisory. The participant may at any time opt out of receiving further contact from Tribel Advisory.
Any personal information collected will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant’s consent.
9. General Conditions:
Tribel Advisory reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions. Tribel Advisory is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland.
