Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

    

   • The prize draw is open to all recipients of the Client Survey invitation from Tribel Advisory who complete the survey within the specified timeframe and are aged 18 years or older.
2. Entry Method:

    

   • To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the online survey provided by Tribel Advisory within the designated survey period beginning on 19 August 2024 and ending on 30 August 2024 (“the entry period”).
   • Participants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number at the end of the survey to be included in the prize draw.
   • Only one entry per participant is allowed. Incomplete or duplicate surveys will be excluded.
3. Prize Details:

    

   • The prize for the draw is one of five $200 Westfield Gift Cards.
   • Tribel Advisory reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
4. Draw Date and Notification:

    

   • The draw will take place on 04 September 2024 at 12pm AEDT and will be conducted by Tribel Advisory or a designated representative.
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
   • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 3 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, another winner will be selected.
5. Publicity:

    

   • By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6. Data Privacy:

    

   • Tribel Advisory may use the contact details provided to contact the participant to discuss the services available through Tribel Advisory. The participant may at any time opt out of receiving further contact from Tribel Advisory.
   • Any personal information collected will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant’s consent.
7. General Conditions:

    

   • Tribel Advisory reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions.
   • Tribel Advisory is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
   • By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law:

    

   • The prize draw is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
